To find your band size measure firmly around the root of bust use the table below to calculate your band size, please remember this is just a guide and different brands and bras will fit differently you may find you need to go down a band size in some styles.

Once you have found your band size, you can calculate your cup size by using the table below. For example if you were wearing a 36F but your band size have gone down to a 32, you will now need to try a 32G because if you go down a band size you will need to go up a cup size. If you find the size you were wearing and follow the column up until you get to the correct band size this will be your new size. Again this is just a guide you may have to try a few bras and sizes to find the one that suits you best.
